Gabor Toro is a Hungarian born artist, who has resided in Edinburgh and called Scotland home for the past five years. His artistic career was first established in the Hungarian University of Fine Arts, specialising in Sculpture and Painting. 

When it comes to his artistic practice, Gabor is fascinated and greatly inspired by the classics. His passion for traditional masterful techniques like oil and watercolor is evident, painting with a variety of mediums with old school flair. His love for Scotland’s (in particular Edinburgh’s) charm is clear, with his paintings focusing greatly on capturing the unique light and atmosphere that made him fall head over heels for Scotland.
