Working in either acrylic or oil, Camilla uses her impressionistic urban landscapes to celebrate the beauty of constructed environments. Camilla holds a degree in graphic design and for several years balanced her art practice with a role as a picture editor for major publishing houses. Her work featured in exhibitions organised by the New English Art Club, Bath Art Society, Sunday Times Watercolour Exhibition, Society of Women Artists, and the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition. 

In 2014 she received the title of Artist of the Year (first prize) from Artists & Illustrators Magazine. Additionally, she secured the Chairman’s Prize at the ING Discerning Eye Exhibition in both 2017 and 2018. In 2018, she was honoured with the Neil Meacher RI Award for an ‘outstanding watercolour’ by the Royal Institute of Painters in Watercolours, and in 2019 she claimed the painting and mixed media prize at the Visual Art Open.
