LINDA PARK

Portfolio of Previous Works

Linda is inspired by her travels within Scotland and France.  Working in oils using broad brushes and palette knives, Linda creates highly sculptural landscape pieces which depict the land being literally ‘carved by the elements’ whether it be by wind, rain, sea or ice.

The idea is to create an almost 3D effect through the use of controlled impasto techniques and to bring the viewer ‘into’ the the landscape where they can be transported to a world of colour, energy and drama whilst still evoking a feeling of calm and warmth.
